Leonard S. Poncia
President & Managing Partner
Mr. Poncia is responsible for the leadership, planning and execution of Aquinas's real estate investment and development business. He is a strategic, action-oriented assertive leader who brings a proven track record of profitably directing real estate development businesses. He has a strong depth of knowledge and talent in all stages of the real estate development process including acquisition, finance, land development/entitlements, building/site work design, construction, and portfolio asset management.
John Bremner
Senior Construction Consultant
In February, 2018 John Bremner joined Aquinas to help provide oversight and input into construction operations. John has over 40 years of experience in the planning and development of a wide variety of construction programs in the Philadelphia region including, Multi-Family, Retail, Office and Institutional projects. His extensive knowledge of historical costs on a wide range of building types provides a wealth of information, translating into the ability to accurately predict project budgets at the earliest stages of conceptual design.
Thomas R. Eshelman
General Counsel
In January 2018 Tom Eshelman joined the family of Aquinas companies as general counsel. Prior to joining Aquinas, Tom spent over 32 years as a commercial real lawyer at Ballard Spahr LLP, a 500+ lawyer national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia. While there Tom represented a wide variety of participants in real estate development projects, including lenders, developers, universities and municipalities.
Stephen Iacobucci
Director of Asset Management
Steve is a third-generation builder and developer and has participated in various roles within the home building, multi-family development, asset & property management business. Steve graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Management and holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
